Membership renewal invoices are emailed each year to the primary contact, with automated renewal notices sent based on the join date.

>> 20 days after expiration
>> 45 days after expiration
Printed Past-Due Invoices
If a balance remains, printed past-due invoices are mailed on
January 21, May 21, and October 21.
